This is brilliant. I’m kicking myself for not following my StretchLab flexologist’s suggestion before this! Ths Slant Calf stretcher is dead simple to use. Mine stays right next to my desk. This helps me remember to get up from my chair, stretch my calves and thereby combat a tight chain from calves to lower back. I feel the muscle fibres releasing and relaxing not only at the top of my claves but in mu quads as well. It dies feel good, I have to say. I’ve managed to get to the second notch/incline plane within a week. I feel less tight. Well worth the investment.

As described in advert, looks great, had to put it on upside down as our caravan is a 13 foot and there’s no room to mount it, but it worked out okay
