Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact.yarrasupply@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We offer free shipping for all our items. Shipments to rural areas may incur additional fees. We aim to dispatch all products within one business day after your full payment has been made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

We can ship to New Zealand, but there will be additional charges for postage. Contact us and we can get a freight quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Well made, very sturdy!

I have a rescue cat in recovery in my spare room and this has been perfect for closing off the hallway allowing her to roam between rooms freely. It is well made and very sturdy, she hasn't tried to get through it from what I've seen but I don't think she would even if she tried. Very happy with this purchase.

Top quality tall cat gate

Instructions weren't particularly useful, but I managed to work out what to do with the bolts and nuts. The width of my hallway was too wide for the gate on its on and too narrow for the gate + extension. To overcome this I didn't put any bolts on one side. It stays up perfectly and is solid.The extension piece slides into the gate and isn't held in place until it's put up. It came with 4 bracket pieces that I didn't know what to do with, so I left them out. I expected some instructions with the extension but there weren't any. Once I worked out what to do, I was happy with the result.

A gate that does the job

I needed a taller pet gate to contain a rather athletic puppy. Works like a charm. It's easy on the walls, it's sturdy and it's easy for humans to open the door. It blends in fine. One improvement, however, would be if the base bar on the floor could have been bevelled to reduce the trip hazard.
