Shipping

Yes, we can ship to New Zealand, but there will be additional charges for postage. Contact us and we can get a freight quote for you.

NSW: 2-7 business days

NT: 2-7 business days

QLD: 2-7 business days

SA: 2-5 business days

TAS: 2-7 business days

VIC: 2-5 business days

WA: 3-10 business days

Tracking information will be provided to you.

No worries, we can still ship to you, but there may be additional charges depending on how costly the postage is. Some of the postage fees that we pay can be nasty.
If there have been no updates on the tracking number for more than a couple days, please submit an enquiry to the postage company. If you're unsure, please contact us.
Australia Post, Fastway, Couriers Please, Sendle, Toll, Allied Express.
We select carriers depending on where you are located. If you'd like to specify a carrier, please write it down in the Buyer's Notes with the reasoning. Please note that there may be additional postage charges.

Returns

We have a 30-day guarantee, where we accept returns if the product is faulty or not as described.First, we will send you a return label that you can print out so that you can bring it to the Post Office with you.Once we receive the old item, we can provide a replacement or a refund.Contact us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We accept change of mind returns if:

  1. Item Condition:
    The item is unused and in its original packaging. Please provide photos to confirm its condition.

  2. Return Shipping:
    You cover the return shipping cost. Once the item is received, we will refund you, minus a 10% restocking fee.

  3. Return Label Option:
    If we arrange the return label, the refund will be reduced by the 10% restocking fee and Australia Post freight cost. You will need to drop the parcel off at the post office.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Each item will have its own warranty listed in either the images or the description.If nothing is written, assume that there is no warranty on the item.If you have purchased an item with a warranty on it, we have a database of all our orders so we can keep track of your item warranty.There is no need to produce any records of your purchase, just let us know the name you purchased under.
