Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact.yarrasupply@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We offer free shipping for all our items. Shipments to rural areas may incur additional fees. We aim to dispatch all products within one business day after your full payment has been made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. We can ship to New Zealand, but there will be additional charges for postage. Contact us and we can get a freight quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
