The Targus 3-Way Active DC Charging Cable is an accessory to the Targus family of docking stations. This part accommodates up to 3 power tips to make transition easy for organisations that may operate up to 3 different brands of laptops. It comes with SecureFix clips that will bond neatly to the cable. This model introduces an improvement: A smart feature that will only allow 1 laptop/device to be charged at a time and incorporates electrical failsafe feature to protect your laptop. We are currently transitioning our universal power tip system in preparation for upcoming new USB-C products. Warranty:
At Yarra Supply, we stand behind our products. Most products come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Some products may be eligible for an extended warranty, so please check the specific product details to confirm.
Please note: Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not cover damage caused by user misuse or issues during delivery.
How to initiate a warranty claim
If you experience an issue with your product, please follow the steps below to submit a warranty claim:

· Description of the issue
· Images/Videos: Show any visible defects or faults. Please use the recommended file size and format for best visibility.

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact.yarrasupply@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for all our items. Shipments to rural areas may incur additional fees. We aim to dispatch all products within one business day after your full payment has been made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
We can ship to New Zealand, but there will be additional charges for postage. Contact us and we can get a freight quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
