Our product is compatible with most Apple devices, please use the original Apple cable. (Not Included)
Any cloud cover arrives it may knock the value of ammeter down. We suggest you to replug the device and reopen the solar panels to reset the power controller.
This 28W solar charger can't charge the laptops and power station.
Notes:
- 28W refers to the power of the solar panel, which is not equal to the actual output power of the USB port, because there will be some loss in order to maintain voltage stability and safety of equipment during the charging.
- Our solar charger can't store the electricity, pls unfold four solar panels under the direct sunlight and then connect with your device.
- Please remember that Apple's devices has an inner chip that will stop the charge whenever its inner temperature gets too hot.
- To prevent charging the phone under the sun, we suggest to use a longer cable and keep the phone in a shadow area.
- Our solar panel charger isn't suitable for small current charging products (standard charging current is below 200mA), which will be continuous shutdown and restart.
- Our solar charger isn't compatible with the iPad Pro.
- If the sunlight is not enough, your cellphones will show message "accessory is not supported".
- Warning: Due to the small dimension of this product, we recommend keeping it away from babies of 0-6 years old.

At Yarra Supply, we stand behind our products. Most products come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Some products may be eligible for an extended warranty, so please check the specific product details to confirm.
Please note: Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not cover damage caused by user misuse or issues during delivery.
How to initiate a warranty claim

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact.yarrasupply@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for all our items. Shipments to rural areas may incur additional fees. We aim to dispatch all products within one business day after your full payment has been made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
We can ship to New Zealand, but there will be additional charges for postage. Contact us and we can get a freight quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
